Rec2 is an Australian-based recruitment to recruitment (Rec2Rec) business that connects recruiters and leaders with opportunities in agencies across Australia and the UK. It was established in 2025 and focuses on white collar agency positions in IT and Tech, Sales/GTM, Medical, Marketing, and Finance and Accounting. It says it partners with a small number of agencies in Australia and the UK.

In Australia it operates nationally, covering Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. For businesses it offers permanent placements, temporary staffing and executive search. For candidates it provides career guidance, resume optimisation and interview preparation.

Rec2 was founded by Dan Packham, its director, who says he has nearly 10 years of recruitment experience in Australia, covering the Medical and Tech/Digital space.
