The company works with candidates at every career stage, from new graduates to executives. It says it does not rely on job adverts and instead draws on its network of people to match candidates with roles. For candidates it manages the process from introduction through interview and offer to onboarding, and it says it stays in touch after they have started.

Its clients are clinics, community organisations and healthcare providers. It supports them whether they are building a new team or replacing one key person, and says it gives employers market feedback and access to candidates who do not apply through job boards.
