Real Estate Career Developers

Real Estate Career Developers, also known as RECD, is a recruitment agency that specialises in the real estate industry. It works with employers looking for staff and with candidates seeking new roles in the sector, and it serves the Melbourne market from an office in Kew, Victoria. It says it has been delivering results for over 16 years.

For candidates, the company says it takes time to understand their career goals before matching them with employers. It prepares them for each interview, helps negotiate the package, handles the letter of appointment, and stays in contact after the placement starts. It also says its connections in the real estate industry mean it is often looking for talent before a job is advertised.
