RB Recruitment

RB Recruitment is a New Zealand recruitment agency specialising in civil and construction. The name stands for Roading and Building. The company says it is 100% New Zealand owned and operated, and that it has over 20 years' experience in civil and construction. Managing Director Ben Sexton moved to Christchurch to launch it in 2021.

It offers temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent recruitment. In civil, it fills roles such as traffic management, truck drivers, machine operators, labourers and form workers. In construction, it recruits project managers, foremen, carpenters and steel workers. It also places logistics staff, including dispatchers, warehouse workers, stock pickers, forklift drivers and delivery drivers. Its consultants have worked in civil, construction and truck driving.

RB Recruitment has offices in Christchurch, Auckland and Dunedin, and also names Palmerston North and Queenstown among its offices. It recruits across New Zealand. Its Dunedin-based Southern branch manager covers Southland, Central Otago and the wider Otago region.
