Raven's Recruitment

Raven's Recruitment is an Australian-owned recruitment agency that specialises in permanent and locum pharmacist recruitment for the pharmacy industry. It places full-time, part-time and locum pharmacists, as well as retail managers and dispensary technicians, across Australia and New Zealand. It says it makes more than 850 pharmacy staff placements every year.

The business dates from 1987, when Fred and Joan Raven established Raven's Pharmacy Services. The recruitment division was later rebranded as Raven's Recruitment. Most staff work from the head office on the Gold Coast in Queensland. The company is part of a group of recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand focused on healthcare, and it expanded in New Zealand by acquiring New Zealand Pharmacy Employment (NZPE).

Beyond placements, it runs a locum pharmacist payroll service, an overseas transfer program for pharmacists relocating between Australia, the UK and Ireland, and a pharmacy salary and market report. It is a registered labour hire provider in Queensland, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory and South Australia, and a corporate member of the RCSA.
