Randolphs

Randolphs is an employment agency and employment business that recruits service staff for private households and estates, family offices, and hospitality and events. It was founded in 1999 by former royal butler Steven Randolph, and began by supplying butlers for events before expanding into permanent placements.

It fills roles such as house managers, butlers, personal assistants, housekeepers, couples, chefs and nannies, on permanent, temporary or seasonal terms, live-in or live-out, in the UK and overseas. It also provides specialist staff such as facilities managers or engineers for larger houses and estates. Other areas include carers and companions, maternity nurses, governesses and tutors, and chiefs of staff and executive assistants for family and corporate offices.

Its clients are international and include royal households, high net worth individuals and multi-property families. Its consultants have worked in private households or for high net worth individuals, and can communicate in English, Russian, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. The head office is in Covent Garden, London.
