Kasey Young founded the business in 2017, and the first placement that November was a residential property manager. Chris Young is managing director. The company has offices in Brisbane and Sydney, and in late 2022 it reported a team of 10 across New South Wales and Queensland.

It recruits for residential real estate, strata management, building and facilities management, human resources including workplace health and safety, and risk and compliance, which covers risk, financial crime, compliance and cyber roles. It opened a Technology and Transformation desk in 2022. It offers temporary and permanent solutions, and says it has a network of 10,000 property professionals.

For candidates, services include CV writing, interview preparation and offer negotiation. For employers, they include position description development, salary benchmarking, workforce strategy and planning, and psychometric testing.
