Rad Hires is a recruitment firm based in New York that helps US companies hire senior developers and professionals in Latin America. It was founded in 2019. Its roots are in technology, and it mostly places senior software engineers and AI engineers, alongside QA testers and digital specialists. It now also recruits product, design, sales, marketing and executive talent, and sources roles in finance, customer support, operations and construction.

Candidates are searched for across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Brazil, with further recruiting in Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, the Philippines and South Africa. The company says its candidates work the same hours as the client's US team.

Clients can choose Direct Hire, where a commission is paid only if someone is placed. They can choose Talent On-Demand, where Rad Hires contracts and pays the hire. Or they can use Recruitment as a Service, where a recruiter works part time or full time with the client's team for a fixed monthly fee. The company says sourcing starts within 24 hours of a kickoff call and that every placement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee.
