R24 Recruitment

R24 Recruitment is a recruitment business serving technology, engineering and manufacturing employers. It works in two divisions, manufacturing and engineering on one side and IT and telecoms on the other. It was founded in 2019 by Mario Bryan, who had 12 years of experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering and IT before starting the company.

The company provides recruitment for permanent, contract, multisite and outsourced projects. It offers four service models: contingent with client commitments, exclusive client agreements, bespoke tailored solutions for complex or niche roles, and retained searches with market insights. It says it works on the basis of client and candidate commitment rather than short-term, one-off recruitment fees, and that it has a global reach.
