Questpro, formally Questpro Consultants, L.P., is a recruitment and staffing firm serving the insurance and risk management industry. It opened in July 1996 with four recruiters in two executive suite offices and is based in Dallas, Texas.

Its work is organised in four divisions. The direct hire division handles contingency and retained searches, with retained work typically reserved for executive and C-level roles. QTemps supplies temporary and temp-to-hire staff to carriers, TPAs, brokers, agencies, independent adjusting firms and managed care companies. QGrads assists college students and recent graduates, and QExecs provides contract executives.

The roles it recruits for include claims, underwriting, actuarial, risk management, nurse case management, and marketing and sales. Its practice groups cover E&S, financial services, healthcare, IT and data, life insurance, managed care and cost containment, and workers' compensation. It says it holds a candidate network of more than 500,000. It has also offered consulting, including interim human resource personnel and recruiters for specific hiring projects.
