Quality First

Quality First Personnel is a permanent and temporary staffing agency that has been serving the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex since 1977, when its president began placing employees in office, clerical, medical, mortgage, sales, customer service and light industrial positions. The agency has qualified for both M/WBE and HUB designations through the State of Texas and is a member of the American Staffing Association. It has also been recognised among the Top 15 in sales production by both the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants and the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants for more than 20 consecutive years.

The agency covers a wide span of office and light industrial roles, including secretarial and data entry work, receptionist and call centre positions, accounting roles from accounts payable and receivable through to full charge bookkeeping, and mortgage, HR, management and sales placements. It also places light industrial, warehouse and logistics staff, plus medical assistants and front and back office medical roles, along with nurse practitioners, CNAs, PAs, X ray technicians and medical billing and coding staff.

Quality First Personnel operates as a contingency based agency, meaning there is no charge to list an opening and the search for a candidate can begin the same day. Its temporary placement service is built around covering vacations, medical leave and busy periods, with temp to hire staff becoming eligible for permanent hire after 520 hours on assignment. The agency says its employees go through extensive screening of their background and employment history before being placed with a client company in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
