Quadrant is a woman-owned staffing firm founded in 2002 and headquartered in Reston, Virginia. It recruits for employers across the United States in healthcare, technology, federal government contracting and corporate roles, with a strong presence in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and the Baltimore area.

Roles it fills include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, certified medical assistants, cybersecurity, software, systems, network and cloud engineers, and program and project managers. Work is offered on a contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire basis, and it says there are no front-end fees. Its clients include commercial and non-profit organisations and federal agencies such as the Department of Defense, the National Institute of Health and the Veterans Administration, through commercial, prime and sub-contracting customers.

Quadrant reports that it fills more than 300 positions a month, supports over 100 federal programs and has more than 30 in-house recruiters. Its leadership team includes CEO Caitlin Cissel and President Gabriel Vargas.
