Q Consulting Group is an executive search firm that works with high growth organisations, small and medium enterprises, not-for-profits and start-ups. It says it was launched in 2003 and describes its focus as the small to middle market in Australasia.

The firm is led by Managing Director Phil Davis. It develops integrated talent acquisition solutions that include an assessment of each candidate's suitability for the role and the client's business. Its recent placements include chief executive, chief financial, chief information, head of finance, financial controller, taxation manager, head of strategic sourcing and sales manager roles.

One client reports that the firm has recruited for it since 2013, filling roles across finance, marketing, risk, compliance and supply chain in Sydney and Melbourne.
