PuurZorg

PuurZorg is a Dutch staffing and matching business that specialises in the healthcare sector. It supports care organisations that have shortages in their permanent staff by providing care professionals, and it calls these organisations PuurZorgvragers.

It reports more than 300 care professionals employed by the company and says it mediates for and advises 700 self-employed freelancers (ZZP). Together they are known as PuurZorgtalenten. The company focuses on four disciplines within healthcare: elderly care, disability care, hospital care and palliative care.

PuurZorg has its office in Oosterhout, in North Brabant, and matches supply and demand across a large area of the Netherlands. It says it is certified under the NEN 4400-1:2023 standard.
