Pure Zelfstandig Professionals

Pure Zelfstandig Professionals is an Amersfoort-based agency that places freelancers in interim assignments with organisations that need interim expertise. It was set up to bring a different approach to freelance placement.

The agency concentrates on business analysis, process analysis, PMO, project management and Agile roles. It says it places specialists in the financial sector, including banks, insurers and mortgage service providers, and also works in healthcare, energy, education and government.

It meets each freelancer in person before making a match, matches partly on soft skills, and stays in contact with them during the assignment. It states that it charges a fixed, published margin of 10% for its complete service.
