Provision Resource

Provision Resource is an industrial recruitment agency with its head office in Warrington. It supplies staff from unskilled labour to more bespoke roles and covers roles across the Northwest of England. It recruits for warehousing, production, manufacturing, logistics and recycling, including warehouse operatives, order pickers, production operatives, quality control, machine operators and FLT drivers.

The agency was started by director Alex Fearn, who had many years of industrial recruitment experience before setting up on his own. The company describes itself as a new agency and says its team has many years of experience in industrial recruitment.

For employers, it evaluates their needs, runs a search and selection process, arranges interviews to the client's requirements, delivers staff and offers support afterwards. Candidates speak to a recruiter, go through compliance checks and attend an interview or assessment. An accounts department handles candidate pay.
