It recruits for early childhood, primary, secondary and special education roles, and also covers relief teaching, with an established ECE relief pool. It offers leadership recruitment as well.

The New Zealand branch is based in Christchurch, and its branch manager is Georgia Phibbs. It is part of a wider Prospero Teaching group that was originally founded in the UK and has offices in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The group says it has 19 offices worldwide, more than 400 employees and 500,000 placed educators, and that it has placed teachers from over 20 countries. It also says it works with principals and centre managers across New Zealand.
