Propel Recruitment

Propel Recruitment is a search firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area that places finance, accounting, operations and administrative professionals with companies nationwide. It was founded in 2017 by Nicole Magaddino, CPA, who is its founder and president. The firm says she brings more than 22 years in finance and accounting recruiting, after an earlier career at KPMG.

The firm recruits at every level, from staff accountants to CFOs and from office managers to executive assistants. Other roles it fills include bookkeepers, tax and audit staff, directors of operations, property and asset management roles, and chiefs of staff. It works with employers as a search partner, scoping each role against their future hiring plans. It also advises candidates, including on opportunities that may never reach the public market.

The firm says its recruiters have more than 45 years of combined recruiting experience.
