ProFind Property Recruitment is a UK recruitment consultancy that works exclusively in the property industry. It was founded by Sally Asling, who the company says is a property recruitment specialist with over 34 years of sector experience. The company partners with estate agencies, lettings businesses, property management and block management companies, facilities management providers and other housing related organisations across the UK.

It fills permanent and senior (c-suite) roles in residential sales, lettings, property management, block management, build to rent, new homes and leadership. It also recruits for PropTech, business development, finance and accounting, marketing, PR and communications, and estate agency financial services, where it places mortgage and income protection advisers.

Services range from retained and enhanced talent search, which use psychometric job profiling, to executive and basic talent search. Candidates are sourced through headhunting, job boards, social and professional networks and its own database. It says every candidate is personally pre-interviewed and that it does not work on volume or CV-led models. Associates work remotely, and Recruitment Director John Allen primarily covers Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.
