The owner devoted her studies and doctorate to the subject of Personal and Human Resources, and worked as Head of Human Resources in the group holding company of Bertelsmann SE und Co. KGaA. Since founding profiLs executive search she has specialised in filling Fach- und Führungspositionen of the most varied kinds. The company advises Konzerne and Mittelstand across every ownership and shareholder structure, in a wide range of company sizes and industries, among them consumer goods, automotive suppliers, media, chemicals and energy supply. Its focus lies on leadership positions from the Vorstand down to middle management, with emphasis on General Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Controlling, HR and Operations, and its reference projects are grouped under CEO, Sales, Finance and Controlling, Marketing and Communication, HR and SCM, Production and Quality.
