Professional Search Group, known as PSG, is a recruitment agency that specialises in finance and accounting and information technology roles. It also recruits in healthcare and construction. It works with organisations of all sizes across a range of industries, filling positions from entry level to senior executive and leadership appointments.

PSG was established in 2013 as a Perth-based agency and has grown into a national boutique recruiter with offices in Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. It says it is supported by a recruitment sister company in the United States. Its services are permanent recruitment, temporary and contract recruitment, and executive search, which it describes as a discreet, research-driven process handled by a specialist consultant dedicated to the search.

Candidates are pre-screened by telephone, interviewed face to face and referenced, with a minimum of two references taken for each candidate represented. It says its leaders bring over 60 years of collective experience across professional services.
