Professional Placement/Pro-Tem Service

Professional Placement/Pro-Tem Service is an employment agency based in Tempe, Arizona, that provides direct-hire and temporary staffing. It says it has served the staffing needs of Arizona since 1955, and reports more than 70 years of experience in recruiting, staffing and HR management.

Its consultants place candidates in administrative support, management, sales, marketing, accounting, finance, customer service and technical roles, and also run specialised searches. It names executive management and construction management among the positions it fills. Direct-hire placements are permanent, long-term positions, while temporary staffing covers seasonal demand, unexpected leaves and urgent projects. It says many temporary assignments lead to direct hires.

The agency serves businesses across Arizona, not only in the Tempe area. For candidates, it helps identify strengths, personalise resumes, test skills and prepare for interviews. Jeff Seifert is owner, president and CEO.
