Its specialisms include IT infrastructure and support, software and web development, cyber security, testing and quality assurance, DevOps and systems engineering, data science, AI and machine learning, business intelligence and data analysis, project and programme management, and business analysis. It also recruits for IT sales, creative and digital roles, digital marketing, and finance, legal and compliance positions. Senior level and leadership appointments and executive search are part of its work.
The company began serving clients in mainland Europe in 2014. In 2019 it added a dedicated consultant for the North American market, and that team now has four staff covering the US and Canada.
