Produce Careers

Produce Careers is an executive search firm for the fresh produce, food processing and agribusiness industries. It recruits in any job category, from mid-level to executive, and says its process covers all job functions. It works with a relationship-driven approach and says it customises each search to the client's needs.

The firm says it has prioritised relationships since 1999 and reports more than 25 years of recruiting experience. It says its team has over 80 years of combined expertise in food, fresh produce, agriculture and related industries, including how seasonality and production affect hiring. It describes itself as a family organisation, and Dave Stornetta is its owner and president.

It describes international networks in fresh produce, from California to Florida and from Canada to Mexico. Its North America headquarters is in Arroyo Grande, California.
