Prodigy People

Prodigy People is an Australian recruitment company that specialises in the Aged Care, Retail and Business Support sectors. It places candidates in permanent and temporary roles throughout Australia and describes itself as a small team, with specialist recruiters covering aged care and retail.

In aged care it recruits facility managers, regional managers, clinical care managers, ACFI coordinators, registered nurses and quality managers. In retail it fills roles such as retail area managers, buyers, merchandise planners, visual merchandisers and state managers. Business support roles include executive assistants and administrative assistants.

The company is led by Managing Director Caroline Walters, who has over 20 years' experience in recruitment. She established Retail Therapy Recruiting in 2007, and as the business expanded into a broader range of recruitment services it was renamed Prodigy People in 2019. The head office is in Sydney, with a regional office in Bowral, New South Wales. The company is a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association.
