ProDevelopment Group is a South African recruitment company and a proudly BBBEE Level 1 contributor. It offers three services. Executive recruitment helps organisations obtain high calibre executives and leaders to manage and grow their businesses. Industry specific recruitment focuses on the industries that play a pivotal role in the South African economy, delivered by recruiters the company describes as highly skilled industry specialists. Head hunting sources talent across the country where skills are scarce and industry experience is essential. The company traces its start to 2012 and 2013, when its chief executive Ashley Singh began consulting on recruitment for major technology and finance organisations, and it was formally established as an industry specific and executive recruitment firm in August 2014 after success in those two sectors.

Its portfolio is split into six practice areas: IT, ICT and IOT; actuarial and finance; engineering and mining; retail, supply chain and logistics; legal; and sales and marketing. The technology desk covers chief information and chief technology officers, architects, Java, .NET, PHP, C#, full stack, mobile and low code developers, DevOps and Linux engineers, testers, business analysts, BI data architects, security and network engineers, AI engineers, scrum masters and UI and UX designers. The finance desk covers pricing actuaries, valuation and actuarial analysts, quantitative analysts, chartered accountants, audit and risk managers, investment managers and financial directors. Other desks reach from mine planners, maintenance managers and health and safety officers to store and category managers, procurement and logistics managers, litigation directors, legal counsel and sales and marketing leadership.

The company works nationally from a head office at 201 Beacon Rock, 21 Lighthouse Road in Umhlanga Rocks. Its leadership doubles as its practice heads: the group chief executive heads IT, finance, retail and sales and marketing recruitment, while separate heads of department cover IT, legal and engineering, and IT, mining and actuarial. From 2015 the business rebuilt its core values around people and long lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike, and from 2016 to 2019 it added international training and new technology to support its team.
