The agency recruits across several sectors, including commercial, construction, engineering, logistics, industrial, warehousing and supply chain. It serves both job seekers and employers, and says it works with businesses of all sizes. Its consultants search a database of jobseekers to select candidates for each vacancy.

Its operations team will work on site with clients for an initial period to gain hands-on experience of the client's business. Candidates register through a process that the agency describes as 100% electronic, or in person at its Sheffield office.
