PRM Management Group

PRM Management Group is a workforce and project services business based in Joondalup, Western Australia. It is a trading name of OSOS Alliance Pty Ltd and works alongside its sister company Resolve Remediation. It says it started with the idea that recruitment should be about people, not paperwork, and that it is just over five years old.

The company supplies and mobilises people onto projects across resources, defence, marine and construction. Its workforce services cover white and blue collar labour hire, project support and rapid mobilisation. It also delivers engineering and project services, marine and structural works, and protective coatings. Through Resolve Remediation it carries out asbestos removal and decommissioning. The sectors it serves include ports and marine, mining and resources, oil, gas and renewables, government and defence, construction and civil, and facilities and camps.

It works from Western Australia's ports to its Pilbara sites. The business was founded by its director, Mark, whose background spans recruitment, construction, law and healthcare.
