Prime Recruitment

Prime Recruitment is a recruitment agency that specialises in property and construction. It recruits for property, development, design and construction businesses, and works with both employers and candidates. The company says it has almost 20 years of experience in property and construction recruitment.

Kylie founded the business in 2019 as a female-led, boutique recruitment partner for the industry, and she also works as a senior recruitment specialist. She has over 15 years of recruitment experience and worked in real estate for six years before moving into recruitment. The company says its recruiters have built relationships across Australia's property sector.

For clients, it says it works as an embedded recruitment partner and looks at culture as well as capability. Candidates who register are first asked what they are looking for and are kept in mind for suitable positions.
