Prime Optical

Prime Optical is an independent recruitment consultancy that specialises in the optical sector. It connects optical employers and job seekers across the UK and says it has over ten years of recruitment experience in the optical market.

It recruits nationwide for roles such as optometrists, pre-registration optometrists, dispensing opticians, trainee dispensing opticians, contact lens opticians, optical assistants, practice managers, regional managers, lab technicians, lab managers and in-store trainers. It says it draws on relationships with independent opticians and multiples.

Vacancies are advertised through an advertising network and sent directly to the company's databases, and candidates are interviewed and briefed on a role before being put forward. Candidates can also use a career consultation that covers career coaching, salary benchmarking, interview advice and market insight. Prime Optical is a trading name of Prime Recruitment Consultancy Ltd, whose registered address is in London.
