Premier Resourcing

Premier Resourcing is a recruitment agency specialising in PR, marketing, digital and creative roles, with offices in London and Cambridge. It describes itself as a talent advisory and search business and places candidates into communications roles in London and internationally. Its clients include global agencies, in-house teams and scale-up companies.

It offers three search services: contingency search, exclusive search, where the client works only with Premier for a set period, typically four or six weeks, and retained search, which involves market mapping and real-time shortlist access through a portal. It also covers freelance and interim work as well as permanent roles. The PR roles it handles include brand and consumer lifestyle PR, corporate and financial communications, internal communications, public affairs and crisis management. Its consultants are largely PR and marketing professionals by trade, and it says it has more than 20 years of combined experience.

Louise Hannant is founder and managing director. From its London and Cambridge offices the agency works across Cambridge, Milton Keynes, London and nearby towns in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. It says 50% of its clients have worked with it for five years or more.
