Preferred Personnel Solutions, Inc., known as PPS, is an Atlanta based, privately held, certified woman owned full service staffing provider founded in 2002 and holding WBENC certification. It specialises in logistics, manufacturing operations and office support, and continually tracks and monitors its results in order to be the first choice, the preferred choice, in its market. Its mission is to build long term partnerships with all of its client companies and to earn loyalty, confidence and trust through dependable, personalised and efficient service. The company has recently introduced a Professional Placement Division alongside its existing offer.

The divisions map neatly onto the sectors it serves. In logistics it fills supply chain roles including experienced forklift operators, inventory control, supervisors, auditors and general warehouse staff.
