Precruitment

Precruitment is a recruitment agency in Regional Queensland that says it has operated since 1998. It places permanent, temporary and contract staff and also provides outplacement services. Its head office is in Cairns, with further offices in Townsville and Murarrie. It names Brisbane, Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Mackay and Bundaberg among the places it serves.

One of its consultants has experience recruiting across regional and remote Queensland and the Northern Territory, from trades to executives, for local government and Aboriginal communities. Alongside placements, the agency offers SHL candidate assessments, skills assessments, ability tests, panel interview attendance, reference checking and bulk recruitment. Its outplacement work is delivered in partnership with Turning Point Partners. Precruitment is a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association and says it is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
