Practica Healthcare is a healthcare recruitment business operating across Australia, with an office in Chatswood, New South Wales. It recruits general practitioners, nurses, medical imaging staff such as sonographers and radiographers, practice managers and medical administrators.

Its clients include GP and medical centres, public and private hospitals, radiology and imaging clinics, aged care providers and allied health practices, from metro areas to regional and remote locations. The GP Division, led by senior recruiter Natalie Nalbandian, places general practitioners into private medical centres on permanent and locum, full-time and part-time terms.

The company's name comes from its three values of integrity, compassion and accountability, which spell ICA, the last three letters of Practica. It describes itself as a small team and reports more than 200 successful candidates and clients.
