Pplwise supplies recruiters to companies on a subscription basis, under the name Rent a Recruiter. It provides German-speaking senior recruiters part-time, full-time or as entire teams, and says the model lets clients manage hiring peaks and interim needs. Its work centres on tech companies from pre-seed to IPO in the DACH market, covering sales, tech, executive and high-volume hiring.

Recruiters take end-to-end responsibility from kick-off to closing a position, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, administration, process improvement and stakeholder management. Each assignment starts with onboarding to the client's business goals and culture and ends with a handover and report of insights. The company also says it can build hiring philosophies, evaluation frameworks and headcount and capacity planning frameworks.

Pplwise reports more than 2,500 hires for more than 100 companies and says it has hired in over 30 countries. Its clients include Uber, Wolt and Treatwell. Thomas Kohler is its founder and CEO, and Nadja Owen is Managing Director.
