Poppy Lane Placements Ltd

Poppy Lane Placements Ltd is a referral-led private staff placement firm founded by Elaine Braid in 2011. It began as a London firm and works with royal families, UHNW households, entrepreneurs, private estates and family offices across the UK, Europe, the United States and the Middle East. It has offices in Notting Hill, London and Business Bay, Dubai, and says almost all of its clients come through referral.

Its placement areas cover family and childcare staff such as nannies, tutors and maternity nurses, household staff such as housekeepers, butlers and private chefs, and estate and asset roles including estate managers, yacht crew, private jet staff and chauffeurs. It also fills hospitality roles and corporate and private office roles, including Chiefs of Staff, executive and private PAs, lawyers, advisors and concierge staff. For family offices it places senior and specialist appointments. For principals with several properties and assets it provides complete staffing solutions, from senior appointments to full team builds.

Roles can be temporary, temporary-to-permanent, part time or full time. The firm says it takes on a limited number of briefs at any one time and handles NDAs and contracts.
