PointsNorth Search Group

PointsNorth Search Group is a recruitment firm focused on the outdoor industry. It recruits for companies in camping, fishing, hunting, shooting sports and other outdoor recreation markets, and offers executive search and recruitment through a relationship-driven approach. It says it takes on specialised positions and searches that other recruiters decline.

The roles it places are in sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations and the C-suite. The firm says it has worked with outdoor companies for nearly a decade.

PointsNorth Search Group was established by Ross, who had 25 years of consumer product goods sales experience before founding it. Ross has held sales leadership, new business development and national account management roles with outdoor industry companies. The firm is based in Crosslake, Minnesota.
