Platinum Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Dunedin, New Zealand, with offices in Dunedin, Wanaka and Christchurch. It connects employers with talent across a range of industries throughout New Zealand, and offers permanent, temporary and governance recruitment services. Daniel Harmes founded the company and has more than 25 years of experience in recruitment. He focuses on executive, governance and specialist appointments, and Dean Delaney is managing director.

Consultants work by sector. The team covers accounting and finance, engineering and manufacturing, including advanced manufacturing and food processing, and construction and civil roles across the South Island for contractors, consultancies and councils. Another consultant, based in the Wanaka office, recruits for business support and software development across New Zealand, with a focus on the lower South Island. Her roles span administration, legal, human resources, and software development and testing, on both permanent and contract terms.
