PlacementCorp is an executive search and staffing firm that focuses on higher education, K-12, education technology, corporate learning and development, and healthcare. It says it has been placing leaders since 2005, and it was founded by John Daskas, who is its President.

The firm offers retained executive search and contingency search, the latter paid only once a candidate is placed, with a 90-day replacement guarantee under the terms of its agreement. Roles it fills include deans, faculty, C-level leaders and healthcare staff such as registered nurses and healthcare administrators. Its clients include colleges and universities, trade schools, K-12 districts, EdTech companies, hospitals, long-term care facilities and home health agencies.

PlacementCorp also provides outplacement services and AI systems consulting for other recruiting firms. It runs PlacementCore, a proprietary AI-driven recruitment platform.
