Pinpoint Personnel

Pinpoint Personnel is a recruitment company that supplies staff to the industrial and blue-collar sectors, with a stated understanding of the manufacturing and logistics worlds. It specialises in high-volume recruitment, filling roles from forklift work and assembly lines to the boardroom.

The company offers temporary recruitment, covering short-term gaps and full teams for project demands, and permanent recruitment for long-term staffing needs. It says it draws on a network of pre-screened candidates and reaches both active job seekers and passive candidates who are not actively looking.

Pinpoint Personnel has its office in Brendale, Queensland. It says it began in Narangba, Brisbane, with the aim of changing labour hire in the industrial and blue-collar sectors.
