Pinnacle People Solutions is a human resources solutions business that works with regionally based small to medium enterprises, local government and not-for-profits. Recruitment is one of its services, offered either as end-to-end recruitment or as more tailored support. The process includes writing a position description, managing candidates through the search and supporting the successful recruit through onboarding. It also offers a recruitment guarantee: if a new recruit leaves within six months, it will run another recruitment process for the same position at no extra cost, subject to conditions.

Alongside recruitment, the company provides whole of organisation HR solutions, workforce and succession planning, HR and WHS compliance checks, payroll services, workplace relations support, WHS and injury management, and coaching. Support is given on a project basis or through longer term partnering arrangements.

The business started in Armidale and now operates across three states, including rural and remote locations. It actively serves the New England region, including Armidale, Tamworth and Gunnedah. Bronwyn Pearson is its CEO and Principal Consultant.
