Piermont Resourcing is a recruitment business that works only in aged care, covering residential aged care, home care and community care across Australia and New Zealand. It does not recruit for health more broadly or for allied health. The company is based in Sydney.

Gerard Carr founded Piermont Resourcing in 2019, after recruiting in Australian aged care since 2013. He says clients and candidates deal with him directly, without junior consultants or coordinators. He reports a database of more than 78,000 aged care professionals, including more than 39,000 Registered Nurses, and over 21,000 direct connections in the sector on LinkedIn.

The firm offers retained and exclusive search, including confidential searches where a leadership change cannot yet be public, and works with small shortlists of candidates. It recruits CEOs and executive appointments, regional and area managers, facility managers and directors of nursing, care managers, quality and compliance managers, AN-ACC coordinators, clinical nurse educators, nurse practitioners, nurse unit managers, and registered and enrolled nurses.
