Petrogate Global Recruitment

Petrogate Global Recruitment is a recruitment firm founded in London in 2017, where its headquarters remain. It began with a focus on the oil and gas industry and later added renewable energy, technology and construction, including data centre recruitment for hyperscale, colocation and enterprise facilities. In oil and gas it recruits engineers, operations and maintenance staff, HSE professionals, project teams and senior leaders.

The firm handles permanent, contract and executive search assignments. It also offers embedded recruitment, in which its consultants work inside a client's business, either onsite or remotely. It says its focus is executive and mid to senior level positions.

It opened its first international office in the UAE in 2018 and entered the US market in 2023 with an office in New York. It also lists an office in Berlin. It describes work in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq, mainly in oil and gas and construction. Simon Baldwin is named as co-founder and director, and Zirak Ismail as chief executive.
