Pertemps Social Care

Pertemps Social Care is a social work and care recruitment agency that places permanent and temporary staff with local authorities, trusts and public sector organisations across the UK. Andrew Anastasiou started the business in December 2016. It is one of five specialist recruitment agencies that make up Pertemps Professional Recruitment, part of the wider Pertemps Network Group.

The agency recruits qualified social workers, care professionals and specialist practitioners for children's services, adults' social care and community-based roles. It also covers mental health professionals, occupational therapists, educational psychologists, SEND roles in local authorities, interim and leadership positions, and independent social work assessments. Its consultants often work on a contingency basis.

Pertemps Social Care has offices in London, Warrington and Meriden, near Coventry. It says its people have decades of experience, although the company itself has existed since 2016.
