Personnel Logic

Personnel Logic is an owner-managed recruitment consultancy, established in 1995. It supplies experienced staff to all sectors of business, working for both client companies and candidates. It keeps a pool of screened applicants and matches candidates to a company through an understanding of the requirements and culture of the position.

Lucy du Plessis is named as a founding member. Quanta Forbes joined the firm in 2011 and bought it in 2014 under Lucy du Plessis's mentorship, and has owned and managed it since. The firm works in the greater Durban area. It is rated as an Exempted Micro Enterprise and verified as a Level 4 Contributor under BEE status.
