Person Headhunters is a personnel selection firm based in Barcelona. It describes itself as combining the flexibility of a boutique consultancy with its founders' experience as business executives.

The company was created in 2006 by a group of executives who wanted to apply their earlier business experience to searches for senior managers, engineers, sales staff and middle managers. It presents its work as the search and selection of directors, engineers and middle management.
