Perfectly Placed Recruitment is a recruitment and executive search agency with a focus on retail. Sandra Agostinelli-Musso founded it in 2009 after seeing a gap in the market for a recruiter who understood retail recruitment needs. She has over 25 years of experience in retail, HR and training, and senior management.

The agency fills permanent, fixed term and contract or temporary roles, at CEO, senior and mid-level, using executive search, networking and advertised selection, or a combination of the three. Its retail work covers store based roles such as assistant managers and store management, as well as multi-site and operations positions. It also makes executive appointments in finance, marketing, merchandising, buying, planning, human resources, e-commerce and distribution. Other areas include wholesale management, visual merchandising, and brand management and public relations.
