Perfect Path Recruitment

Perfect Path Recruitment is a recruitment business that specialises in IT managed service provider (MSP), cyber security and telecoms hiring in the UK. It works in two divisions, IT MSP and Cyber, and Telecoms, and fills roles across four disciplines. Sales covers commercial, business development and account management positions. Support covers helpdesk, service desk and client-facing roles. Technical roles involve architecting, installing and managing infrastructure and security environments, and engineering covers field, network and connectivity specialists.

The company partners with clients on an exclusive or retained basis and handles the whole process, from pre-qualification, market mapping and shortlisting to vetting, referencing, interview management and offer negotiation. It uses digital candidate portals and an integrated video platform, and offers an employer-branded video interview for key hires. It says its methodology reduces time to hire by 50% and raises interview-to-hire ratios by up to 70%.

Perfect Path Recruitment Ltd is based on Newport Road in Cwmcarn, Caerphilly.
