Perfect Household Staff is an international recruitment agency specialising in household management and domestic recruitment. It is based in Mayfair, London, and says it has been trading for over 15 years. It was founded by Natalia McKie and began as Perfect Nanny, a nanny agency focused on multilingual nannies, before growing into a full-service private recruitment firm.

The agency places nannies, governesses, maternity nurses, housekeepers, butlers, private chefs, chauffeurs, gardeners, domestic couples, security staff and estate managers. It works on permanent, temporary and seasonal roles, live in or live out, full time or part time. For family offices it also places personal and executive assistants, financial analysts and operations managers. It works with family offices, embassies, relocation companies, and ultra high net worth and royal households.

It says it has placed staff in Russia and the CIS, the Middle East, China, Europe, Africa and the USA, and reports a 70% client referral rate. Candidates are vetted through interviews, reference checks and DBS checks, as part of a four-stage recruitment process.
