PeopleValue ApS is a Danish konsulenthus, a consultancy, working within executive search and rekruttering. Its starting point is that employees are often the most important thing in an organisation, and that whether the assignment concerns a large director role or a specialist, the process is much the same when it comes to executive search, also known as headhunting. The company can take on a whole process or part of one, and says that whichever it is, it will advise the client on doing the right thing. Its founder, Troels Tang, is quoted on the site making the point that only 20 per cent of Danish salaried employees would consider applying for a job.

The company does not tie itself to a single industry. Its work is organised around search, strategy and network. Alongside filling roles it helps clients establish a strategy for how future employees can be attracted, and it runs netværksgrupper, network groups, for people who are absorbed by the attraction and recruitment of people.
